PLEASE READ THROUGH AND UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS BEFORE BOOKING

DISQUALIFICATIONS FOR FINE-LINE TATTOOS AND PERMANENT MAKEUP.

MUST be 18 years or older
MUST NOT be pregnant or nursing
MUST NOT be on blood thinning medication
MUST NOT have eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in treatment area
MUST NOT have active skin cancer
MUST NOT be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy
MUST NOT be someone who is epileptic or has experienced faint spell or seizures
If you're diabetic please consult your doctor first and i will be requiring a doctors note.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: cash, card, venmo and zelle

BOOKING FEE: All appointments will require a deposit to book. Deposits can be transferred one time to another date, but can not be transferred to another person or credited towards someone else's appointment. all reschedules must be done 48hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING :

1. **72-Hour Notice:** Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours' notice qualify for refunds or can reschedule using the existing deposit.

2. **48-Hour or Less Notice:** Cancellations within 48 hours won't receive refunds.

3. **Rescheduling 48 Hours or Less:** Requires full payment, using the deposit for the new date once.

4. **Cancellation 72 Hours Prior:** Results in a 50% refund; no refunds within 24 hours.

5. **Third Reschedule/No Shows:** Third reschedule or no-shows can't be accommodated.

6. **First Appointment Reschedule:** Kindly give 3-4 days' notice for first appointment rescheduling. Deposit transfers to the new date.

We allow one reschedule and deposit transfer, understanding life's uncertainties. Thank you for your cooperation.

LATE ARRIVALS: clients are allowed up to 15 mins grace period, after 15 mins i will have to reschedule you to another day and a new deposit will be required.

EMAILS: All clients will receive a email confirmation immediately after booking, and receive 3 reminder appointments, (4days, 24 hours and 4 hours before appointment.

NO SHOWS: if you do not show up to your appointment time deposit is forfeited and you will not be allowed to book again. * if you're a touch up client and you no show your appointment , you will be allowed one rebook but full non-refundable price will me charged before rebooking. 2nd no show and you will not be allowed to book for any future appointments and payment is forfeited.

NO GUEST: including children, pets or additional guest are not allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY OF THE SERVICES OR BOOKING FEE.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP

Permanent makeup for brows and eyeliner both require two appointments. The initial (1st appointment) when the color is first implanted and touch up (2nd appointment) needed to fix any areas that healed lighter. Yes a touch up appointment is absolutely needed to perfect the brows.

* I do not touch up other artist work. All previous work will be considered a cover up and correction.

ALL PREVIOUS WORK FOR BROWS AND EYELINER

*All previous work must be faded to 60% before you're accepted as a client. currently not taking clients with previous eyeliner.

* Please send pictures of your brows to (916)793-4766 before booking. if you book before sending pictures your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

* Must send 3 photos of your full face, must be taken in good lighting (natural is best), do not tilt the camera, do not filter the pictures or wear any makeup.
